Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. Then she received her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her university education. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel spent her first six years of competition to get her degree from the college she attended. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectations. The athlete was satisfied about her position. It's no surprise that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel likes working out her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. The first step is warming up before going on to exercises. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. One way to achieve this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
