Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
After being initially drawn by the shadows of trees she spotted on the grass, she spent months studying a method that didn't present the chosen object in a two-dimensional form on canvas. Rather the subject is transformed into a representation of the subject in which the painting transforms into the medium for it's individual interpretation of the subject, particularly when the subject is alive or perishable for example, like humans or fruit. The style that Alexa paints is ephemeral and only the photographs of her work survive. Both photographic and painting techniques are so tightly coordinated that the result is a flat, two dimensional space, which achieves trompe l'oeil. The third dimension can only be seen in certain areas, such as near the eyes or hair. Sometimes, Meade integrates her painted models with the 3-dimensional environment around them, which allows the models to be part of this self-created world. Through this, Meade has removed the borders between photography, painting and performance.
